Sleep Grid Pack - Line 3

This line of Gridding sets are prepared to help you find restful sleep. Set this grid board up near your sleep space, and spend a few minutes focusing your intentions nightly before bed. Grid sets can be assembled how you feel guided best, although we love using them with our Grid Boards, which have been designed to use the power of Sacred Geometry.

Howlite aids sleep, and brings you peace.

Sodalite which is calming, and helps dispel fears that might be keeping you awake.

Clear Quartz amplifies the power of the surrounding crystals. The combination of Howlite and Clear Quartz is thought to be a powerful sedative. 

If you feel guided to, you can change out the crystals that work well with sleep (eg, Lepidolite helps with relaxation, and moonstone helps restore calm & balance). We recommend staying away from stimulating crystals such as Carnelian, Citrine, and Red Jasper.
