Do you use recycled packaging?

As we’re just starting out, we try to re-use the packaging provided by our suppliers wherever possible. We purchase recycled tissue paper. We purchase boxes from a local small business. Before we started, we had some bubble wrap on-hand (brand-new, unused), so we use that. And as we grow, we have plans to switch to sustainable environmentally friendly packaging from a local supplier. 

How long will my order take?

Orders are packed and sent within 2 business days. Shipping times depend on your distance from us, and the carrier’s timeframes. Usually 3-5 business days. 

Shipping Info & Prices 

We use Sendle for posted orders. Shipping rates are $10 (standard) and $15 (express). Local Delivery is available for $3, however this is untracked and may be outside of business hours. Please provide a mobile number to receive delivery updates. Local Delivery is without a signature and will be left in a safe place.

Where do you source your photos? 
All photos are taken by the business owner, and remain the property of the owner, with or without a watermark. 

Will I receive the exact items pictured, or similar items? 
We try to photograph each individual crystal pack, so that you know exactly what you’re receiving. This includes grid packs. However, if we are using photos to represent the products, we will clearly state in the description that you will receive the same variety of crystal, which may vary slightly from the image. 
Macrame products are individually photographed and listed, so you will receive that exact item. 

Do you do custom packs? 
From time to time, I can do custom packs. However, we aren’t always able to source suitable products. Feel free to send us an email, and we’ll see what we can do. 
in the event of custom orders, you will be sent a link to purchase your unique order, and payment will be required in full before the product is considered sold. All items remain the property of our business until payment has been received in full.
