We’ve put together these packs to help you with relaxation before bed. If you’re struggling to unwind, one of these packs might help you settle better before sleep.

3x Clear Quartz mini natural points to supercharge, to amplify the energy of the other crystals, and send it outward more directly to you.

1x Angelite (hand polished), chosen as the centre/focus. The intention for this grid is to settle your anxieties and fears

The crystals in these grid packs are designed to be placed as photographed. You can absolutely play with the placement, as you feel guided! The intentions for each crystal in this grid pack have been chosen to work as described. However, as each crystal has many uses, you may certainly choose other intentions. Please cleanse your crystals before using them with other intentions, to ensure the vibration on the best frequency for your need.

This grid is designed to be used on a small grid board, but you can add more crystals to make it bigger. Clear Quartz makes an excellent addition to any grid board, as it amplifies the energy of the other crystals. Or you can also add your own selection of crystals. Be mindful to include ones that relate back to the purpose of the grid and don’t conflict. For example, Citrine is a crystal for positivity, however it is also stimulating and not ideal for sleep time.
