Allow the affirmation gently drift into your mind, and feel the crystals help calm and soothe as you sleep peacefully. A tiny touch of Clear Quartz has been added to gently bolster the effects of the crystals used, but only a touch. This is because Moonstone is quite powerful, and Clear Quartz' amplification may work a little too well! (Some find themselves washed out, feeling very drained with the combination, which is why this one is recommended near a sleep space).

Sodalite is a very calming crystal. She can help quiet the negative inner talk you have, and give you calm control over your feelings. This can help you more easily drift off to sleep. 

Moonstone is a powerful crystal, excellent at soothing emotions, especially as the moon wanes (from full moon to new moon). Moonstone is good for encouraging sleep, and soothing nightmares (especially for children). **Moonstone is also known to help fertility, so having it in the bedroom around a full moon, while love-making, may give you a boost. If this is not your intention, perhaps remove her from the room when, uh, doing the deed. 

Clear Quartz is excellent at amplifying the vibrations and energy of the crystals around it. As Moonstone is incredibly powerful, only a small amount of clear quartz has been added here. This is to help with your clarity of mind, and help focus your intention on your affirmation as you sleep. 

Our Affirmation Card Holders in this range are small wooden card holders, measuring approximately 7cm wide, 1.6cm tall, and 2.2cm deep. Slight variations may occur as they are a wooden item. These are hand-painted, and lovingly and carefully decorated with a range of crystal chips. The slanted channel in which the card sits is approximately 8mm deep and 2mm thick. Please allow for slight variations due to paint thickness and sanding. As crystal chips are added, the outer dimensions change, and will vary greatly between individual pieces. Please note, crystal chips are small pieces of natural crystals. Whilst most are tumbled, they may still have slightly sharp edges, and caution should always be used.
